Be Ready For Our Arrival
Our team members will be in touch to schedule a more accurate estimated arrival time prior to your move. Make sure we are able to park a box truck near your building and access elevators (if any). Pack your boxes or let us know in advance if you would like us to help you with packing.
Upon arrival our foreman will go through the list of your items and make sure nothing has changed since you last spoke to us. They will explain you all details about paperwork & inventory. Our movers will disassemble your furniture, wrap it in protective blankents and load everything in a truck to transport it to one of our secure storage facilities.
Let Us Know When You Are Able to Receive Your Delivery
Depending on your agreement with us, we can store your items in one of our storage facilities until you are ready to accept the delivery. Once we know the first available date for your move to be accepted at the destination, we will load your items on a larger truck and prepare it to be shipped. You will be notified about etimated arrival date in advance.
Upon arrival our team members will collect all remaining balance for your move, unload your items, reassemble your furniture and place everything in your new home or office according to your instructions.

Moving is always such a drama for me! I tried a lot of different companies over the past 20 years and some of them were ok, but mostly not. This time I found Allstate Moving and I think this was one of my best moves ever! They were really efficient and gentle, arrived on time, delivered on time. Some scratches on one of my patio chairs and that’s it! Hope I won’t have to move soon again, but I know for sure whom to call if I will need to. 5+
